Check out an old post of mine titled, "AND THE MAGIC NUMBER IS..."

Had some pretty interesting (and various) numbers from performance-oriented drivers.

Also read about ultra-high performance tires on some car magazine. A BF Goodrich rep presented a general calculation to equate a good start at finding the right PSI for the car and your liking. If you want me to post it, I can look for the article.
