Lateral movement TSB for driver seat...still doing it!!!..Why? S70 2000

Hi everyone...Last October I took my 2000 S70 in for a TSB on an issue of lateral movement of the power drivers seat, they fixed it with a hydrilic thingy....This spring ,I took it in to the dealer again because it was still doing it...they said there will be SOME play on the seats...but it still feels not right?...Its driving me bananas....Can I take it into another dealer to take care of a TSB that another dealer never fixed...the car only has 21K miles on it?...Can i fix it or tighten up something?...Im going nuts!!!...any advice would be great..lance
