Someone hit me parked... no note.. what to do?

I feel your pain! One piece of advice, if the door is to be replaced insist on a new or used Volvo door and don't accept a new door by another supplier. I have a new non volvo manufactured door and it is has had numerous problems that have yet to resolved completely after numerous return trips to the body shop. For example the window keeps jumping out of one of the guides, the door needs to be closed harder then the others

Another point to consider I went to the most expensive shop in town as it was being paid for by my neighbors insurance co. High price did not result in higher quality work.

Jake
