Shudder while braking 850 1993

This just started hapopening with the wifes 850.

Thge car will stop just fine for the first 6 or so stops. After the pads and rotors warm up a bit the brake start to vibrate the entire car such that the body starts to resonate. This is only when applying the brakes at a medium to light pressure (like leasurely coming to a stop at a stop sign). It usually starts at about 25-30 mph and continues until either you stop of let off the brake.

I replaced the left rear caliper abvout 5 months ago with a used part, so maybe it needs a rebuild. I haven't had a chance to look at the pads on all 4 wheels to see if they are wearing evenly, but they have been on for 10 months and about 8-10k miles. BTW, it isn't an ABS funbction because the ABS is not currently functional.
