Frustrations and questions 850 1995

I've taken this car to the sister dealer (both owned by the same person, roughtly 10 miles apart)of the one that quoted me this. All servicing I've had done there(70k when i bought it, 80k w/ timing belt, serp belt, rear brakes; fix the hatch 2x)and their comps are networked together. I was talking to them over the phone, and he had the car pulled up on the comp. as we had been discussing the hatch.

I wasn't there in person, I was making the appointment by phone this time.
