IPD S70 project car S70 1998

I was trying to get some opinions on the 1998 IPD S70 project car. I happen to know current owner, he owns a local volvo shop here. I've looked on IPD's wesbsite and got some basic info. The car has about 15K miles now, he got it with around 10K. so the car hasn't been driven that much. I'm going to take another look at it on Sat, test drive it, look at it in more detail. He mentioned a price in the low-mid 20's. What can you tell me about it. From what I can gather most the 15K miles are probabaly pretty hard miles. I know it was a test car and I'm sure its been beat on a bit. Its a nice car, in great shape, but would it hold up or is it going to be a headache down the road. What do you think its worth?. If I don't buy it I'm probabaly going to pick up a 98-99 S70 T5M. I'm familiar with fwd volvo's previously had a 96 850 turbo. So i'm aware of the typical problem areas. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
