Black drain plugs

It's not the drain plugs. On the driver's side door there are 3 (Two smaller round rubber ones and a larger plastic squarish one). If you take those plugs out, the edge of the hole has a clean finish and body colour paint on the inside edges. Someone actually said it looks like a bullet hole. If it is a bullet hole, I have bigger problems than just a black drain plug to cover it up. :)

By the way, I'm not in the UK, I'm in Canada.
