Power Locks - all are dead.....where to start ??? 850

I have the exact same problem on my 93 850 sedan. All of the power door lock functions are dead, including the trunk. My lock relay under the dash clicks also when I operate the remote. The alarm seems to work OK, and can be armed manually by locking the drivers door (LED flashes as usual). I did check the voltage to the gas door lock, which is the most accessible lock to reach. When I activate the remote I get 12V to the wiring to the gas door lock. So I'm pretty sure the the relay is not the problem. I do not know where to go from here- but will post back if I have time to work on it some more. My worst fear is that all 6 locks burned out due to a short/surge. It could be a single bad door lock solenoid has shut everthing down- but not sure how to tell which one.
