Trunk Lid Alignment 850

Question, how do you re-align the trunk lid on an 850 or do you just have to replace the hinge??? Our neighbors
850 had a incident where they tried to close the lid but a stick got in the way. Needless to say the lift strut
was bent and now when the lid s closed it is off by about 3/8" towards the rear of the car. Any suggestions???
