Experience with similar problems: caps lock can be turned off.

If the plugs are crudded, get new ones. Use good grade gase.
If you're leaking oil, find out where it's leaking out, before you can ask what to fix. Turbo motors will consume a small amount of oil between changes. Nature of the beast.
