Better mpg on a 850 GLT 850 1993

Hi, can anyone give me some advice on how to better my car´s fuell consumption, specially in city? I was thinking of putting easternaetospace´s supercoil and new sparkplug wires. Besides that i´m out of ideas. Can anyone help. If any of you know of a good volvo specialist in Europe (even better if in Portugal), please let mw know. Thanks for any help
