climate control fault

My 98 S70 did this. The blower motor had failed. But, that was obvious
in my case because it would run for a second or two and make a bit of
noise then the climate control system would detect a problem and shut
it down. (A new motor was $130 and I replaced it myself -- not too
difficult.) But, the dealer should pull the stored error codes from the
climate control computer to determine exactly what is wrong.

By the way, blower motor failure is a somewhat common problem on 850s/70s.
