Open Air Cleaner S40-V40

Hi guys,

I just replaced the air filter with a cone filter as shown on the image, The only thing is that i noticed that now i have to press the pedal a little harder to kick in the turbo, How do i adjust the turbo to kick in sooner? never dealt with turbo adjustments before and was wondering what you guys suggest.
