REAL BAD THROTTLE HESITATION S80 T6 S80 2000

Hello fellow volvo owners:

Maybe someone out there can help me? I have let my car set up all summer, Now when I go to drive it, I has got NO POWER when cold starting out, and will do the same thing after a heat soak, What happened?
I put new gasoline in, and RXp fuel system cleaner, I have got, miss, stumble, and NO power when starting off, eventually, it will run OK after warm,
I changed out the spark plugs last spring to a copper NGK @.032"
Have I got a bad electronic throttle actuator, MAF sensor? or a leaky bypass valve?
I even took off the hose on the right side of the intake manifold and sprayed in some cleaner, NO HELP
HAS ANYONE had these Symptoms?
