COde P0243: Boost pressure control

My newly arrived OBDII reader tells me I have code P0243. According
to alldatadiy.com it could be:

"Turbocharger (TC) control valve signal, missing."

or

"Boost pressure control"

The Check Engine light came on when the car stalled at a
light (as I let the clutch out). I had driven it about 2 miles
so it was fairly warmed up. Took me over a minute to restart
(engine would just die, would not rev). This was a week ago and
no problem since (and boost control seems just fine since then, too).

Has anyone had a similar problem? I don't recall seeing this mentioned
on the board in the past. I plan to reset the code and pretty much
forget it unless I see it again.

But, I must say having the car stall in rush-hour traffic can really
shake your confidence in your car.
