A/C Evaporator problem - Let's get something done once and for all!! 850

I am not sure if I have the problem or not. All I know is that when I first turn on my a/c if the engine is cold, i get this strong fuel smell for the first five or 10 minutes. I have gone to both the dealer and an independent. They have replaced a couple of hoses but it hasn't helped. I have experienced a of the symptoms you mentioned, racing heart, etc. I thought it was my HRT. So, I dropped it but that is another story. Anyway, should i fill out the form?
