COde P0243: Boost pressure control

Thanks, I'll have to check them closely. I did replace the upper
engine mount recently and perhaps I pulled a hose loose. I just
recalled that after your comment about the vacuum lines.

I purchased the Innova model 3100 from IPD. You can get it cheaper
from other sources. I expected IPD would include Volvo scan codes
