How do you lift coolant expansion tank?? C70 1999

I think I may have found the origin of my very slow coolant leak.
The lower tank outlet hose may be a little lose.
Hoping it' just a lose O-clamp and not a cracked lower outlet
like some have specified here.

I tried tightening the O-clamp but could not due to the fact
of no room to work with and angle of clamp screw.
Tried ractchets and screwdrivers.

I also tried to lift up my expansion tank to get at hose and clamp
but it seemed to be held down by something other than the
two plastic edge clips connecting to the strut tower. Did not
want to force it so I left it alone now.

1- Can I get to that clamp with some sort of tool to tighten
without poping out tank.

2- If I must pop out tank to get to the hose how do I do it carefully
not to hurt anything.
