S70 Coolant Loss with no apparent leaks S70 1999

I have a 1999 S70 with approx 85K. I have to top off the coolant resevoir about every two (2) weeks - low coolant level. I have had the system pressure tested and there are no apparent leaks - ie water pump or hose leaks. The coolant looks clean and there is no coolant in the oil. Someone informed me that I have a cylinder head gasket leak and that the coolant is probably escaping through the exhaust.

Could this be true. I am the orginal owner of the car and it has never overheated. I would really be dissapointed if I have to replace the cylinder head gasket on a car with only 85K on it. Is there anyway to determine for sure? This is my first Volvo and I was hoping that the reliability factor would have been higher... Is this a fluke or is this common on Volvos? Thank you in advance for your help!
