s70 won't start S70 1998

My 1998 S70 GLT, 45,000 miles won't start. The problem started four days ago - turn the key and nothing happens. After a few tries it did start but it's taken more and more tries to get it to start. Battery has been replaced and cranks the engine well when the starter engages. Car runs fine once going.
I've seen previous posts suggesting problems with park/neutral position sensor or starter solenoid. Dealer can't get it in for a couple of days but asked if it happens with different keys. I haven't tried that yet. Anyone know what's going on?
