Extend Warranty or Take The Risk?? S70 1998

I'm 800 miles from the end of my Certified Warranty. The dealer will let me extend it another 24k miles/24 months for $1340.00 (no deductible)


I need to hear from you folks with over 75k miles.. Are there any common repairs that would offset the amount of the warranty? My car has been very well maintained:

T-Belt at 60k and Major Tune Up at 60K

Question: Would I be crazy to pass up this opportunity?
