Oil Pressure Regulator in 740

My oil pressure is stuck at 85Lbs and is pushing out the rear oil seal. I think the regulator spring and plunger are stuck in full pressure mode. The dealer can no longer get the spring and plunger and I haven't found it anywhere on the web, do any of you know where to get it? I have to take the engine out anyway to change the oil seal, will remove the pan and fix this at the same time. I want new parts as I do not want to do it twice.
