Best supplier for shipping to Canada 850

I need to order some parts. There are a number of fine suppliers to choose from (IPD, Rusty, alloemvolvo, etc.) but who has the best track record in shipping cost effectively to Canada?
I dread dealing with customers (they made me pay a huge sum for ordering my Saab Haynes manual from Amazon UK).
Any advice?
