Hesitation at 8 - 10mph.... transmission problem ???? Advice need it please 850

About 4 weeks ago I got a nice looking 850 GLT wagon non turbo 1995 ...All the time I feel a hesitation at 8mph and then jump to 10 mph with very small shake... that happend so quickly ... I flushed the transmission and applied also a conditioner ... but still happend.....
I don't have any problem after 10mph speed ... the car run nice...
it is just that moment... between 8 and 10 mph... but when you are drinving in the rush hour where you have to stop and drive many times .. that is a pain
I also changed spark plugs, ignition cables, gas filter, oil filter, air filter.....
Any input will be really appreciated
