difference between 94 and 95 850 wagon 850

The 95 has an updated body style as you suggested. A different ECC (climate control unit), and a few very minor differences otherwise. Almost all parts are interchangeable.

Oh yeah, if it's a Turbo the piping style between 94 and 95 is different. Volvo found their piping design on the 94s wasn't so good, so redesigned it to the 95 style. BTW, beware of Eastern Aerospace, becuase they sell the 94 piping kit and call it an upgrade! Yikes!
