98 V70 AWD - Oil Leak V70-XC70 1998

I changed the oil three days ago. While under the car I noticed a small (7" diameter) puddle of oil, after it had been up on ramps for 10 minutes or so. The leak came from a spot adjacent to, but 8"-10" away from, the square (tranny cooler?) box. It almost appears as though it is a weep-hole of some sort. I know that sounds strange but I can clearly see it is coming from that location. It faces directly down to the ground and the oil drip is not impeded or redirected in any way. I have not noticed anything unsual in the way of oil consumption of late, but it is definitely oil that is leaking. Any thoughts or suggestions? Cost? I am preparing to sell it because a new company car is due to arrive in a week. This is the only problem I am experiencing, and would like to correct it before I put it up for sale. It has 83,000 miles on it. Thanks, in advance, for your help!
