Waste Gate Adjustment - I know I know beat to hell BUT!!!

I now notice that even the IPDUSA website has an article on adjusting the wastegate.

Now we all know it won't increase boost pressure but I think the verdict is still out on wether or not it will increase boost at lower RPMs.

Let's all face it.. If your ECU says you can make 11psi you'll be making 11psi and no more. But instead of letting exhaust gases escape the turbo at low RPMs (like 1.5 grand) adjusting the wastegate should theoretically force those gases through the turbo and get it spooling up quicker.

So I would very much like to hear from people on their opinion. Please state in your post whether or not you've tried the mod.
