Dutchman,

Remember some time ago you mentioned your car was using between 12k km and 20k km only 0.6L of oil. I mentioned at the time (13K miles)no oil consumption on mine at all. Well that has changed. Now I am at 17.7K miles and used .5 us quart in 2.5K miles so far. I am using Mobil1 and at Florida weather, and drive mostly highway avg 80 mph. I am not adding oil at this point to see how it goes, I will add at the point I need a full quart. I read somewhere in the manual that when overfilled, the oil consupmtion should increase. I have not overfilled it but did made sure is full to the mark when changing oil. I'll keep an eye on it and will let you know how it goes.

The strange thing is that it has never used any oil at all, suddenly it does. By the way, there are no leaks on oil filter or plug.
