850 Rims S70

My father has a 2000 S70 and he is looking for a set of rims to put snow tires on. They have a set of five lug nut six spoke rims with 195/60R15 tires on. I happen to have an extra set of Volvo 850 rims that are five spoke, five lug nut, with 205/50R16 tires on it. I was wondering if it would be at all possible to fit my 850 rims on to his very flashy S70 with out running into any problems or spending a lot on conversion hardware.
