Hey ! Mansey! S70 1998

If I were Bill Gates or Rowan Atkinson I'd buy a McLaren F-1. ("Mr. Bean" COLLECTS McLaren F-1s and Aston Martins, it's nice to see that his money is being put to good use!)

In order to avoid marital conflict, I still need to put another 50k on the Volvo before getting rid of it. (One of my arguments was that Volvos are good for at least 150k). Since the kid's now in college and the wife drives a Honda Odyssey, I really won't NEED either a wagon or a Volvo next time. (Although the "invisibility factor' of the T5 wagon has been a lot of fun.)

For 150 cdn dollars (which is I think about $75k US?) I'd buy a basic 911 C2 coupe or an M5 or the new 380hp E60 BMW 530 biturbo, all with a 6-speed manual and the sports suspension, the way God intended a car to be.

Nothing on that list.

And definitely not a Cadillac or Lincoln pickup truck. I'd rather walk.
