Brake squeal 850

I had my car in the shop (a Tire & wheel store place) to fix a brake squeal with light pressure. They replaced the front end rotors and pads and serviced the rears. They said they still had 10k left or so. Now two weeks later they are squealing again with light pressure. It is annoying and sometimes embarrassing in heavy stop and go traffic. The front is OK. What can I do about the rear? Also the front rotors look like they are rusting now, is this normal?
Can anybody please recommend a good set of Rotot/pads I can purchase and have the shop install so I dont have to worry about sounding like a rusty freight train at 2 in the morning.

Thanks in adv.
