Vacuum Booster V70-XC70 2001

Thanks for the comeback Chris. I took it into the dealer, & they have ordered parts. Goes in Tues. for repair. I have about half pedal on the brakes, and it is hard at first, but gradually softens. Sitting at a light after a short time you have to pump the brakes to keep hard pedal. When you let up on the brakes there is a loud hissing sound. As you speed up 1,200r's to about 2K r's it will let out a moaning or a groaning sound, that goes up in volumn. The rest of the time when driving there is a steady hissing. I went over it pretty good, before I went into the dealer. They claim this is a first for them. So we shall see. Well I guess after 2 other Volvos, this is the first major problem.
