Rough idle when started S70 1998

I have a 98 S70 N.A. and lately I have noticed that when first started, the idle is a little rough...once I start driving, it clears up and is fine. Any thoughts on what I should start looking at? Air filter is new, flame trap has been cleaned out. Did the plugs, cap & rotor about 10K miles ago (1 year). It has 96K on it. Thanks!
