Should I buy an S80 T6? S80 1999

I'm not a Volvo guy but I drove an '99 S80 T6 yesterday and loved it. However I've heard some mixed reviews on the first year with recalls and everything. I don't want to buy a car that has to be brought in to the shop all the time. It's at a Volvo dealer so it's certified with a 6 year 100K warranty. With 59K we've agreed on $24,200. Is this a good deal and do you have any recommendations?
