Fuel Pressure Problem? 850

My 1995 850 turbo has just decided to play hard to start in the morning. 54 degrees in the garage after sitting overnight and the first two or three cranks it cranks right up like normal and then dies after turning over two or three times. AFTER it starts running there is a loud buzzing coming from in front of the driver in the firewall area, lasts about 10 seconds and then stops. Car runs fine. Question: fuel pressure problem? Would the fuel pressure relay be going south? Do they go bad or just quit? How would I diagnose this one? Hate to haul it to the dealer, but will tomorrow if I can’t get it fixed. Wife is in despair with reliability.
