ECU repair - anyone know any reliable ? 850 1994

Hello again, Having problem w. what I think is the ignition ECU,850 Turbo, have no communication,( I think)Fault led's will not illuminate in this port, connectors ok, no 1-1-1 code, no code at all, coincidentally MPG has gone down to average 17.5 , was doing 21- 24 consistently, jjust looking for rebuild shop that actually know how to check and repair ECU,pulled out and looked it seems perfect visually, was hoping capacitor broke etc. (very, very HOT inside holder box) pretty sure it is toast, fuel ECU now reads 1-1-1, any help appreciated as always,
