ECU repair - Not your 'problem' 850 1994

Your car has only one ecu for both fuel and ignition, unlike previous year models in the US and 111 mean "no faults" SO don't do anything with your ecu whatsover.
There are many reasons why gas mileage might decrease and it's more likely due to driving habits, condtions beyond your control (more idling, city traffic, etc) than anything actually being wrong with your car.
