Passenger side vents will NOT blow hot air... 850 1986

My wife's 850 GLT wagon is behaving unusualy. Now that we've copme to turning the heat on, we have heat in the far left (drivers side) vent, warm air in the right derivers side, and ambient temp air in the two passenger side vents. If I switch it to the floor I get hot driver, cool passenger. I have the passenger thermostat (temp knob) turned all the way up. What's likely the problem here? Thanks!

Mick
