abs light 850 1996

I have a 96 turbo and the abs light is sometimes on and sometime off. I wiggle the ignition switch and it won't go off. When the light is off I have ABS. Earlier this summer sometimes I couldn't get the car out of park and would have to turn the engine off and restart.

Any thoughts? I would assume it is not in the ignition switch since when wiggling it there is no difference. Could it be a crimp wire under the fuse box?
