Engine Stabilizer Mount and Warranty Coverage V70-XC70 2002

The IPD site states clearly that the engine stabilizer mount is covered under the basic Volvo warranty.

It is very difficult to get someone at Volvo to answer. I have sent emails to the Canadian Volvo but they keep wanting me to call them rather than giving a written email answer. The Volvo Singapore site does not respond. Next is to send a letter to Volvo headquarters.

The Workshop Manager has also told me that changing the oil every 5000km (approx 3000 miles) is not good for the car. This is a first for me.
