Since it's an aluminum block I'm not sure you need to use any flush besides water. My owners manual says you don't even have to ever replace the coolant (although I still do every couple of years). As for wiper blades, I bought once from some other outfit and the blades would lift off the windshield at highway speeds so I went back to Volvo blades and problem solved.
