ecu programming S40-V40 2002

ok, i was just at the dealership today. i was talking with the service guy, since him and i pretty much buddies, and got into the topic of the ecu controlling the turbo. just as a joke i asked him if he thinks that the mechs can reprogram the ecu to allow more boost. the mech pretty much act like he didn't want too but just told me to dream on. now, the question is, is there a program that someone has that i can use myself to reprogram for more boost? or is this something that i have to pay over 1k for ipd to do it for me? where else can i go to have them only program for a tad more boos? thnx
