No Start 850 1995

The car is 850 T-5 Automatic.
When the engine have been started and then stopped
it doesn't whant to start again for about 5 or 10 min.
I mean the starter doesn't want to rotate and a lamp
with a pointer forward is flashing.
Do You have any idea what it could be.
