Idle control valve? 400

Hello!!!

Still nothing. After pressing clutch, the rpm meters falls fast to about 1300-:-1400 rpm, and then comes very slow to 1000 rpm or 900 if engine is hot.

I checked the spark plugs to see if any injector was faulty. Actually, they were not clean as new, but I would not say they were black. Actually, the plugs for the cylinders 1 (nearest to the flywheel??) and 2 are very clean. Cylinder no 3 it is Ok. Cylinder no 4 is was rather gray -> dark-gray (that is the nearest to the water pump - acording to my arbitrary numbering??????).
Also last week I had the anual technical inspection (MOT in UK), and the exaust measurements were OK. Lambda was OK, CO and CO2 were in the normal limits for CAT equiped models. At least the guy there said it was normal.

I also cleaned the idle speed control valve with carburator cleaner + WD 40. I checked the coils +12 V on the middle and ground to the others 2 pins and the response is very fast. So, the idle control valve might be OK.

Still nothing. After pressing clutch, the rpm meters falls fast to about 1300 -:- 1400 rpm, and then comes very slow to 1000 rpm or 900 if engine is hot. Actually in this moment I remove the wiring connection to the idle control valve, and the idle was very stable at 1000 rpm. The revs were falling now normally.

Would it be possible to be the trasistor in the ECU used to provide the 0V (ground) to the terminals in the idle valve?

Thanks,

Daniel
