Tire tread level messes up AWD system? V70-XC70

It's true. I just bought a set of 4 tires because one was flat and not repairable.

When I first heard about this I though this was kind of ridiculous but Volvo's AWD system is not the only one that require 4 even tread tires, if you do a bit of research, you'll see that some SUV's, Audi's all highly suggest you do the same. I've come to the conclusion that this is a 'benefit' of owning a AWD :>
