which one should i try and buy? V70-XC70

I think the other posts did a good job on this. The 850s ride harsher than the V70s with the 850 R the harshest as its tires have the shortest sidewalls. Of the V70s, the T5 would have a firmer ride than the NA model due to the 50 or 55 series rubber versus 60 series on the NA. I have never driven a V70 R but imagine the ride is similar to a T5. For comparison purposes I have found my '99 T5 to ride better than my '94 NA. Try some out and let us know what you think!
