Tire pressure V70-XC70 2002

What is the correct tire pressure for the 2002 XC ??
The label on the fuel filler door indicates 29 psi.
That figure seems low compared to most tires requirements
of 35-35 psi. The label indicates that the psi should
29 psi with 4 adults in car.

Most of the time (Mon-Fri) I am the only one in the auto.
On weekends my wife is with me.

I think the psi should be at 32-35 will this harm the AWD??
