A/C noise, strange S70 2000

I just bought this 200 S70 GLT SE, nothing is wrong with the car except for this noise that comes from the A/C when you start the car (and turn on the A/C), and after you turn off the engine. It sounds like squeeling brakes last about 6 seconds and then fades away. It is an automatic climate control and blows ice cold and seems to work fine (save for the noise). Any thoughts? Thanks for the help.
