A/C Evaporator

I have not heard of any recalls. You could still ask Volvo North America
to help cover the costs.

Have you had the AC recharged with dye added? I'd make sure they
do that at least once. The dye allows the tech to see where the
leak is. In addition, you might find it only needs a recharge every
couple years which is cheaper then a complete replacement.

Also, the 70 series is not reported to have as many problems with the
evaporator -- another reason to make sure it is well diagnoised before
replacement. (I wonder if the other six were 70 series or 850s.)
