recalls and TSBs are available S80 1999

alldatadiy.com has TSB and recalls and other technical information. You
pay $25 a year for a subscription. I have found it worth the cost
for my 98 T5.

alldatadiy.com does not have any vehicle specific service information.
Volvo North America records when any recall is done and dealers check
that on cars when they are serviced to see if there is outstanding
recalls (recalls are safety items). Any other service,
including TSB work, is not recorded in any central database.
